Wildwood Barbeque offers the quintessential smokehouse experience including classic pit favorites – pulled pork, dry-rubbed spare ribs, thick-cut beef brisket, burnt ends, sweet tea-brined smoked chicken, housemade bacon, sausage, and pastrami – and traditional sides such as collard greens, barbeque beans, jambalaya, cornbread, and mac and cheese. We make nearly everything from scratch, including sauces, dressings, salsa, and a large selection of delectable desserts. We are not afraid to wrap a meatloaf in bourbon bacon, put it in the smoker, and then cut a thick slab to top off a flame-grilled burger. At the same time, we have a lighter side that utilizes locally-sourced ingredients to create eclectic entrées, salads, side dishes, and seasonal specials. We might press our own corn tortillas and stuff them with blackened ahi tuna or serve up house-smoked turkey and roast beef club sandwiches, fresh falafel, or pasta in a spicy cream sauce. We pride ourselves on our many inspired vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, which is why we say "no meat, no wheat, no problem!"
